I am a qualified coach through the University of Strathclyde and an Associate member with the Association for Coaching in the UK.
I have been coaching individuals, leaders and teams at all levels for the last 12 years and have extensive experience in using coaching to improve performance, enhance leadership capability, explore team dynamics to developing future talent.
My coaching approach offers you

I adhere to a strict code of ethics and practice as stipulated through the Association for Coaching, which means you can trust my approach and professionalism in all our interactions.
Each coaching relationship is different and we will begin the journey with a ‘no strings’ attached ‘initial chemistry session’. This helps me to understand what you are looking to focus on and how we might work together and also provides an opportunity for you to decide if you feel comfortable and able to continue with me as your coach.
If you decide to continue we will typically set up a contract for 6 x 1.5 hour sessions, which we will review at the end to check if you need more and you can at anytime decide to discontinue*.
